Turn your collection into active inventory.

RevCogs bridges a personal record collection and the marketplace. It bulk-converts hundreds of Discogs items into listings in seconds, prices them to compete, keeps inventory in sync, and surfaces portfolio analytics — live valuation and sell-through across the collection.

We built it on Next.js against the Discogs API, with condition-aware pricing logic and a fast, filterable inventory table at its core. A collector can list an entire collection in one pass instead of creating and pricing each listing by hand.

Highlights

  • Bulk Discogs import — Convert hundreds of collection items into marketplace listings in seconds.
  • Condition-aware pricing — Listings auto-adjust to beat the lowest comparable price for the same condition.
  • Live inventory sync — Stock and listings stay in sync across the collection and the marketplace.
  • Portfolio analytics — Live valuation plus a filterable inventory table you can sort and segment by condition, price, and status.
  • Inline price updates — Status changes and price edits applied without pagination lag.
  • Batch condition grading — Grade and update condition for many items at once instead of one record at a time.

Role

Product and marketing build — Next.js, Discogs API integration, Stripe.
