Listing a pile of stuff is mostly data entry. You already took the photos. The photos already say what the thing is. Then you spend ten minutes typing it all back in.
Myne can now do a first pass for you. Open a listing draft, and it looks at the photos and fills in the blanks.
How it behaves
The rules matter more than the feature, so here they are:
- It only fills empty fields. Anything you've already typed stays exactly as you left it.
- It picks categories from Myne's own list, so you don't get a made-up category that doesn't exist anywhere.
- It marks what it filled in. You get a "Confirm AI guesses" step, and nothing counts as done until you've looked.
That last one is deliberate. A guess from a photo will sometimes be wrong. A vintage item might look like a modern one, or a set might look like a single piece. I'd rather you spend two seconds confirming than have a confident wrong answer slip into a listing.
Why I made it
I'd just built the bulk selling grid on the web, and it made one thing obvious. Filling down a column is fast, but somebody still has to write the first value. Having the photos do that work takes the worst part out of listing a big batch.
It has its own daily limit, separate from Myne's other AI features, so heavy use of one can't eat into the others.
What's next
I want a version that suggests recategorizing a whole batch, previewed first like everything else. After that, actually sending listings out.
